THE BLUE AND GOLD BANQUET
The Blue-and-Gold banquet is one of the highlights of the program year. It brings together our Pack’s families for dinner and an afternoon of fun. The meal is important, but even more important is a warm atmosphere created as families enjoy each other’s company. Your entire family is welcomed and encouraged to join in the celebration of the “birthday” of Scouting in America, in February. Highlights include awards, dinner, the cake contest, and live entertainment.
2020 Cake Contest Theme is “Reptiles”
Rules for the cake contest:
1. Cakes are to be baked by the Cub Scout, with limited adult help.
2. The Cub Scout must clean the kitchen after baking the cake!
3. Cake mixes may be used. The entire creation must be edible.
4. Do not use your name on the cake.
5. Have fun and be creative!
6. Each Cub Scout will vote for a cake (not their own).
